RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Global Bridge Transport Logistics is committed to providing reliable and professional logistics services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be issued. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Service Cancellations

Customers may cancel a booking before the scheduled pickup or service date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@globalbridgetransport.com.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup: Eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.
  • Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of pickup: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup: Non-refundable, as resources and transport arrangements will have already been allocated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not provided due to an error or cancellation by Global Bridge Transport Logistics.
  • The shipment was not collected or delivered as agreed, and the issue was not caused by incorrect information or actions from the customer.
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors occurred.

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, traffic, or other factors beyond the company’s control.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable once initiated, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle or pet transport already in transit.
  • Freight shipments that have been dispatched.
  • Custom logistics solutions involving third-party carriers or permits.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Booking or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of payment

Service Adjustments and Credits

In cases where a full refund is not applicable, Global Bridge Transport Logistics may offer a service credit toward future bookings. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any eligible service.
